The department of General Surgery maintains speciality clinics for Breast, Thyroid, Hernia, Fistula & Diabetic foot. The department has an operation theatre complex consisting of 9 major operation theatres and 2 minor operation theatres. Emergency surgeries are conducted round the clock in addition to the routine minor and major surgeries and laparoscopic surgeries. The department has eminent and experienced faculty for urology, surgical gastroenterology and plastic surgery procedures. There is an ICU to handle any emergency. Endoscopy, uretheroscopy and cystoscopy procedures are carried out regularly in an effective manner.
