The department has a state of the art set up and expertise in the feild of gynaecological endoscopy, In vitro Fertilization, Foetal medicine and gynaecological oncology. Special clinics have been established in the department viz. adolescent clinic, infertility, antenatal care, family welfare, postpartum clinic and cancer screening to attend to patients. The department is ably supported by Gynaecologists and Anaesthetists. Colposcopy and Cryosurgery are routinely conducted here which is supported by an ICU for any emergency arising during surgery.
