Department of Anaesthesiology

Our department started functioning from the year of start -2017.it has grown very well over the 15 years.we are giving anaesthesia for all surgical specialities like general surgery including laparoscopic surgeries,orthopaedic,obstetrics &gynaecology,opthal,ent,urology and plastic surgeries. We do visit casualty & ICU  to help medical people working there in resuscitating sick patients round the clock.

We have latest equipments including fibre optic bronchoscope,video laryngoscope.portable ultra sound nerve detector, 4 modern anaesthesia workstations and other regular ones for our daily use.We have been allotted 3 MD anaesthesia Post graduate seats.We are taking regular theory and practical classes to under graduate students.We have a fully equiped library in the department and central library, a museum with models,mannequinnes and pictures for post graduates teaching purpose.We have a central research lab where in research and publications work is all going on.
